Upgrade Signal for Windows from version 5.x to 5.06

If you do not have a correctly installed copy of Signal 5 for Windows, the upgrade will not happen.

Get Acrobat reader Full documentation is available as .pdf files, if you need them immediately!
For Signal itself, use Signal5.pdf 3.0M bytes and for Signal scripting, use Sig5Scr.pdf 2.0M bytes.
