CED has one of the best customer support packages available. In the left hand menu you will find links to the various tools and information pages that should help you to make the most of our products.

User Forums : provides a forum where you can ask for help and advice, share your experiences, scripts, data and feedback.
Software Compatibility : offers information on the compatibility of our software with both hardware and operating systems.
Hardware returns : describes the returns procedure that you must follow when returning equipment to us for re-calibration, servicing or repair.
1401 Testing : our online help for 1401 users steps through standard diagnostic errors found using the try1401 program and offers ways to fix these problems.
