Running Sampling Configuration and Collecting SSEPs on same PC

Hi there!

I'm a Master's student in Health Sciences with a project focused on spinal cord stimulation. Is it possible to run a text sequence out of Spike while also collecting somatosensory evoked potential data in Spike on the same PC?

Hi Gabrielle,

I am not certain I understand what you are asking ... the easy answer is: Absolutely! Indeed the only time when a text sequence executes (it executes within the 1401) is during data acquisition. So if all you want to do is generate some outputs or 1401 behaviour with the sequence while also collecting your somatosensory data it is easy: Run Spike2 (single copy), load in your sampling configuration, set your text sequence to be used for outputs in the current configuration (if the configuration has not already got that set) and sample away...

If however your question was about something more complicated then can you describe it in more detail please.
