Hi everyone,
is there a description of the format of the SRF and SXY result files anywhere?
I would like to integrate them in my analysis pipeline without having to convert them to TXT first.

Unless I misremember those files are managed by Microsoft mechanisms and we don't know the disk format either. I think you would be very well advised to continue to use Spike2 to export these to text.
